Distribution — release administration, distribution operations, metadata, delivery, platform administration, and related services.

Publishing — publishing administration, rights administration, registrations, royalty administration, and related services.

Recovery — royalty recovery, rights enforcement, claim investigation, documentation review, dispute support, and related services.

Services may change, expand, or be discontinued from time to time.

The availability of a service or feature on the website does not require Sinverse to accept any particular client, catalog, release, claim, or project.

Website and Client Portal

Sinverse may provide clients with access to a private online portal or dashboard.

The portal may allow clients to view information relating to their Sinverse relationship, including distribution activity, publishing information, recovery matters, documents, release information, account information, status updates, or other service-related information.

Portal access is provided for authorized users only.

You may not:

• Share your login credentials with unauthorized persons

• Allow another person to access your account without authorization

• Attempt to access another person's account

• Circumvent authentication or security measures

• Copy, scrape, extract, or systematically collect portal information without authorization

• Interfere with the operation or security of the portal

• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the portal

Sinverse may suspend or restrict portal access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, account administration, nonpayment, suspected misuse, or other legitimate business purposes.

Dashboard Information

Information displayed through the Sinverse dashboard is intended to provide clients with visibility into applicable services and account activity.

Dashboard information may be updated as Sinverse receives, processes, reconciles, or verifies information from clients and third parties.

Unless expressly identified as final, dashboard figures, statuses, estimates, or other information should not be treated as final accounting, royalty, payment, or ownership records.

Where a separate agreement or official statement establishes controlling information, that agreement or statement will govern.

Service Requests

Submitting a form, inquiry, application, document, or service request does not automatically establish a client relationship or obligate Sinverse to provide services.

An engagement becomes effective when Sinverse accepts the engagement and, where applicable, the parties enter into the required written agreement.

Sinverse may decline a service request at its discretion, subject to applicable law and existing contractual obligations.

Client Representations

You agree that information and materials provided to Sinverse are accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You represent that you have the authority to submit the information and materials and to authorize Sinverse to perform the requested services.

You may not knowingly provide fraudulent, misleading, infringing, unauthorized, or materially incomplete information.

You remain responsible for the accuracy of ownership, credit, contractual, royalty, payment, and other information you provide.

Rights and Materials

Submission of recordings, compositions, contracts, documents, metadata, artwork, statements, or other materials to Sinverse does not by itself transfer ownership of those materials to Sinverse.

Any license, administration right, publishing interest, distribution right, recovery authorization, or other rights granted to Sinverse must arise from the applicable agreement.

You represent that you have the necessary authority to provide and authorize the use of materials submitted in connection with a service.

Distribution Services

Distribution services may involve delivery of releases, metadata, artwork, and related information to third-party digital service providers or other platforms.

Availability, acceptance, placement, visibility, monetization, reporting, payment, and continued availability of content may depend on third-party policies and systems.

Sinverse does not guarantee that a third-party platform will accept, maintain, monetize, promote, or continue carrying any particular content.

Specific distribution terms, including fees, revenue shares, territories, rights, and termination provisions, may be governed by a separate distribution agreement.

Publishing Services

Publishing services may include rights administration, registration, metadata administration, royalty collection, documentation, and related activities.

Publishing income and registrations may depend on third-party organizations, territories, usage, reporting, documentation, ownership, registration status, and other factors.

Sinverse does not guarantee a particular amount of publishing income, registration outcome, collection amount, or time frame.

Specific publishing rights and obligations are governed by the applicable publishing or administration agreement.

Recovery Services

Recovery services may include reviewing documentation, identifying potential unpaid amounts or rights issues, communicating with relevant parties, pursuing claims, negotiating resolutions, and administering recoveries.

A potential claim or discrepancy does not guarantee that money or rights will ultimately be recovered.

Recovery outcomes may depend on available evidence, contracts, ownership, applicable law, third-party cooperation, financial circumstances, and other factors outside Sinverse's control.

Specific recovery fees, commissions, authorizations, and obligations are governed by the applicable recovery agreement or engagement terms.

Fees and Payments

Fees may include engagement fees, administrative fees, commissions, percentages, distribution fees, publishing fees, or other charges depending on the services provided.

The applicable fees and payment obligations will be established through the applicable agreement, proposal, invoice, or written service terms.

You agree to pay amounts when due.

Failure to make required payments may result in suspension of services, restriction of portal access, withholding of applicable services, termination, collection activity, or other remedies permitted by the applicable agreement or law.

Third-Party Services

Sinverse may rely upon or interact with third parties including digital service providers, distributors, publishers, collection societies, performing rights organizations, mechanical rights organizations, payment processors, databases, registries, hosting providers, and other service providers.

Sinverse does not control third-party systems, policies, decisions, reporting, payment schedules, availability, or security.

Third-party delays, errors, outages, policy changes, refusals, or other actions may affect the services provided by Sinverse.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Sinverse website, branding, trademarks, logos, graphics, designs, written content, software, layouts, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Sinverse.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, license, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit Sinverse proprietary materials without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of Sinverse's intellectual property.

Sinverse provides business and rights-related services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement, information provided through the website or services does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other professional advice.

You should consult an appropriately licensed professional for advice concerning matters requiring specialized professional judgment.

No Guarantee of Results

Sinverse does not guarantee:

• A particular recovery

• A particular royalty amount

• A particular publishing income

• A particular distribution result

• Acceptance by a third-party platform

• A particular registration outcome

• A particular settlement

• A particular financial result

Results depend on circumstances that may be outside Sinverse's control.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website, portal, dashboard, and general website content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Sinverse does not guarantee that the website, portal, dashboard, or services will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, complete, current, or free from harmful components.

Sinverse disclaims warranties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, except where such warranties cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

They do not replace or override a separate written agreement governing a specific Sinverse engagement.
